#1 Day 1 of 5 - Meditation Challenge
Good morning!
Your first challenge is 🔹making the time🔹 for 5 mins of quiet. Just find a spot and grab some headphones set a 5-minute timer and listen to one of my favorite tracks off YouTube. Your “🐌 task (this is your inner-observer) is to jump in this thread and list any observations you had or challenges [hungry, bored, etc] based off that I’ll create tomorrow’s so it’s designed specifically for this group.
That’s the beauty of being here I teach based on need and we can make some new friends and connections.
