Long Time No talk - I’m doing this another way! And for you it’s FREE.
Hi everyone 👋 I wanted to check in because I have not been present here for quite a while, and I think it’s important to be honest about that. Posting every day just wasn’t sustainable for me, and I didn’t have enough time to properly upload all the content I’ve created over the years. I lost the rhythm of being able to run this space the way I originally imagined. For those of you who don’t know me well yet, I run a corporate wellbeing company called WELLOGA, and that’s where about 80% of my time goes. The other 20% of my time is spent teaching yoga, which is honestly where I feel the most natural flow in my life. 🧘‍♀️ Over the last couple of months I’ve been focused on growing WELLOGA — hiring new teachers and speakers — and I’ve also started working with a virtual assistant named Evelyn, which means I finally have some help organizing things here. Here’s the update moving forward: ✨ Starting now, new members who join will pay $49/month. That membership will include: • Access to all of my courses (many of which used to be sold individually) • Live yoga classes each week • Stress-management, meditation, and wellbeing content 💚 But if you are already a member here, you will continue to have access to everything completely free. That includes all the courses and the live yoga classes. I just need about one week to organize everything and set up the access properly so current members remain free. After that, we’ll start allowing new members to join under the $49/month membership and I’ll begin sharing the schedule for the yoga classes. For now, the main focus will be live yoga, because that’s where I feel the most energy and flow right now. Thank you for being here and sticking around. For now no live meditations (rethinking time and trying to get more people) Adding one free “stress management workshop” I will post that next. Today it’s 1 hour of education, meditation, yoga and breathing. I have 9 others let me know if you do it so I can decide to put up the others. Thanks Jenn

I’ve had some large work things to look after that have tight deadlines the last 10 days. I still have a bit more to get through. I’ll be cancelling meditation tomorrow. I’m going to come back later in the week with an update on what I plan to do here for you guys. Thanks for understanding.
