I know people have different reasons—training for something, trying to lose weight, building discipline, or just feeling better.
For me, I work out because I genuinely love it. It’s how I take care of my body, yes—but also my mind and spirit. I feel clearer, more focused, and often connect with God during that time—whether I’m on a prayer run or lifting while listening to Scripture or a sermon.
It’s not just physical for me—it’s mental and spiritual too.
