The past week or so has been a mix of busyness and being out of routine with some travel.
Workouts and eating habits have been different than the usual week but I can still say I evaluate my movement and eating choices through the same lens. Rest and vacation are healthy and needed but it shouldn’t be a time to completely throw out the progress.
I think a few years ago I would’ve given up on my progress and goals when out of routine but now it has become a way of living that I still try to maintain particular standards.
