Dessert but make it healthier 👀
I’ve been trying different variations of Greek yogurt dessert bowls and here are some that I’ve found pretty good:
1) non fat Greek yogurt with zero sugar cheesecake jello (1/4 packet), no sugar maple syrup, and chocolate chips (2 servings)
2) non fat Greek yogurt with zero sugar vanilla jello, no sugar maple syrup, and chocolate chips
Helps get that late night dessert in while not blowing up the calories.
What healthy dessert variations have you tried?
