I grew up skiing and later got into singing, taking voice lessons focused on posture and breathing. But something always felt missing.
I was told what to do — “stand up straight,” “breathe better” — but never how to actually build it into my body.
As a physical therapist, I started seeing the same patterns everywhere: stiff spines, tight ribs, poor breathing, and compensation in the neck and shoulders.
So I developed a system.
By unlocking the spine, restoring rib movement, improving breathing, and building real core support — everything changed.
My singing improved. My endurance on the bike improved. My body started working for me, not against me.
