ANNOUNCEMENT
Hi All SuperMOMs I created this club because I was looking for a place for Moms to meet without judgement. A place that we all could share experiences and recipes and tips for going through this thing called Motherhood. I have come to realize that it has been way too long since I raised my baby! As a matter of fact my baby now has a baby of her own, so now I have a new name GrandMaMa! Skool has a cost for the leaders of the groups. I have been paying for it all these months out of my "spare money" but now I must go cut back on my expenses. I have started a new group on Facebook called The 7 Things because for now it is FREE. I invite you all to come there. The 7 Things In time, I will be shutting down this group. Maybe in a few months I will restart this group but for now I will be spending my time on the other platform. Thanks to all of you for being part of this journey!

☀️ GREAT EVENING SUPER MOMS ☀️
🌸 Happiness is a Decision 🌸 An 83-year-old woman, Mrs. Jones, shared a wisdom that touched my heart. After losing her husband, she moved into a retirement home. When told about her new room, she said with a smile: 💬 “I love it. Happiness is something you decide over time. It doesn’t depend on how the furniture is arranged, but on how I arrange my mind.” Every morning, she chooses gratitude over despair. She chooses to focus on what does work, rather than what doesn’t. ✨ Her advice for us all: 1️⃣ Free your heart from hate. 2️⃣ Free your mind from worries. 3️⃣ Live simply. 4️⃣ Give more. 5️⃣ Take less. Moms, life will always bring challenges — but every day is a gift. And just like Mrs. Jones, we can choose happiness, no matter what. 🌺 💌 Question for you: What’s one simple choice you can make today that will deposit happiness into your “memory account”? Many blessings! 🥰

🌸 No one prepares you for the silence that children leave behind when they grow up… 🌸 Not the silence of an empty house, but the silence that creeps into your heart... when they no longer ask you what to do, when they no longer seek your advice, when they begin to live… without you. And you smile, of course. Because that’s what you wanted: to see them fly. But inside… something breaks. 💔 Being the mother of adult children is something else. It’s biting back your words when you see they’re wrong. It’s swallowing the urge to call when they don’t answer. It’s learning to love without invading. It’s watching from afar, with your hands still… and your heart trembling. 💞 Sometimes they share things with you, but often they don’t. And you pretend it doesn’t hurt. But it does. It hurts not to be part of everything like before. It hurts to see they no longer need you—at least not in the same way. And yet, there you are. ✨ Cooking their favorite meal when they visit. ✨ Arranging their childhood photos. ✨ Praying for them every night, as if that could shield them from the world. Because deep down, a mother never stops caring. She simply learns to do it from the shadows, from a corner, from a prayer. 🙏 💡 Moral: Being the mother of an adult child means accepting that you’re no longer the center of their life… but continuing to love them as if you were. Because some loves don’t fade—they only learn to wait in silence. ✨ This is the last motivational post I’m sharing in this community, as I’m heading off soon on a much-needed vacay for 4 weeks. 🌴 I’ll still be posting on social media when I can, but when I return, my focus will shift to growing other business opportunities. 💡 🙏 Thank you so much for allowing me the chance to connect with you daily. I truly hope you enjoyed every post as much as I enjoyed creating them. 💙 Many blessings! 🥰

🩻✨ Ever wondered what the difference is between an X-ray, CT scan, and MRI? 🧠 As moms, we know how important it is to look after our families’ health — and sometimes that means facing scary medical tests. But understanding them can make things feel a little less overwhelming. 💕 Here’s a quick breakdown: ✅ X-ray – Quick and simple, perfect for spotting broken bones, dental issues, or chest infections. ✅ CT Scan – A series of X-rays from different angles that give doctors a 3D view of what’s going on inside, like tumours, bleeding, or organ problems. ✅ MRI – Uses magnets and radio waves (no radiation!) to capture very detailed images, especially of the brain, muscles, and soft tissues. These amazing tools allow doctors to diagnose and treat conditions earlier and more accurately — giving our families the best chance for health and healing. 🏥🌟 💬 Moms, have you or your loved ones ever had one of these scans done? How did it help? Many blessings! 🥰

💖 Life has a way of humbling us as we grow older. When we’re young, we think time is endless. We chase approval, fight battles that didn’t need to be fought, and compare ourselves to everyone else. But motherhood and life’s lessons change us. They teach us that peace is worth more than winning an argument… that presence is worth more than possessions… and that the real treasures are simple: ✨ God ✨ Family ✨ True friendships ✨ Health ✨ Purpose ✨ Peace of mind Every hug, every laugh around the dinner table, every healthy morning we wake up—those are the blessings that truly matter. Super moms, let’s hold on tightly to what really counts and let go of the rest. Because life humbles us not to break us, but to remind us to focus on what matters most. 💕 🌸 What’s one thing you’re most grateful for today?
