🌍✨ A 6-year-old boy changed the lives of half a million people…
When Ryan, a little boy from Canada, learned that children in Africa were dying because they didn’t have clean water, he didn’t shrug it off… he asked, “How much does it cost to build a well?”
His teacher told him $70.
Ryan went home, told his mom, and started doing chores to save up every dollar.
When he finally raised the $70, he learned the truth… it would actually cost $2,000 to drill a well. Most kids would have given up. But not Ryan. He kept working, inspiring his brothers, friends, and neighbors to help until he raised the full amount.
By age 9, Ryan had funded his first well in Uganda. When he visited the village, hundreds of people lined up, chanting his name. He was stunned and asked, “They even know my name?”
The guide replied: “Everyone within 100 kilometers knows your name.” 💧💙
Today, Ryan is 33 years old and has brought over 400 wells to Africa, teaching communities how to care for them and creating hope where there was none.
