Update - DAY 17!
Yesterday was a whirlwind! We traveled from Chiang Mai to Bangkok, squeezing in client meetings and business strategies and our weekly WBS group business coaching session along the way.
Even with a packed schedule, I fasted for 24 hours, hit the gym for an hour (treadmill, a small weights session, and a stretch), and finished with a 3-hour adventure walk, shopping and exploring (counting that as bonus cardio!).
Now, we’re about to fly back to Perth with an 8-hour stopover in KL.
Normally, I’d indulge in the private airport lounges with food and drinks out of habit, but I’m fasting for most of the day and planning to get in an outdoor workout during the stopover instead.
The mindset resilience has been next-level.
Where I used to turn to food and drinks in these situations, I don’t even feel tempted now. The habits and new identity are strong.
And Beau?
His biggest challenge has always been drinking while flying (because he doesn’t love flying), but he hasn’t budged at all.
Proud doesn’t even begin to describe it!
