Alright guys — how’s everyone going with the challenge so far today?
Here’s what today’s looked like for me:
Up at 7 AM, scootered an hour to a beautiful Pilates session, followed by a walk, massage, and lunch.
I started my 3-day fast at 1 PM, and honestly, my energy is feeling a bit better today.
I’ll probably dial it down slightly on the exercise and Push Yourself Challenge while I fast listening to the body is key.
