I’m Selina — personal trainer, Exercise Physiology background, and founder of Selina Hafner Wellness. I created this community for one mission: to help women build strong bodies, strong minds, and sustainable habits that actually fit real life.
This space is about becoming. We believe you should surround yourself with environments where the habits you want are the normal habits — protein, strength training, hydration, daily movement, recovery, and mindset. We become like the rooms we choose to sit in.
So the standard here is simple: consistency over perfection, doing the basics well, and supporting other women instead of competing.
