Weight loss from pain loss?!? ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿซก๐Ÿฅด
I wanted to share something that really surprised me.
This client works full-time, has two kids, and like a lot of us, life is busy.
I gave him a nutrition plan. He didnโ€™t really stick to it.
I gave him a workout program. He didnโ€™t really stick to that either.
The one thing he did stay consistent with was his self-massage routine.
Six weeks later, he had lost almost 22 pounds.
It wasnโ€™t because self-massage burns calories.
It was because he wasnโ€™t in pain anymore.
When your body feels better, you naturally move more. You take the stairs without thinking. You play with your kids a little longer. You get up more often.
Even small movements start adding up.
Sometimes we think we need more willpower when really we just need a body that feels good enough to move again.
That was a good reminder for me, and maybe itโ€™ll be one for you too.
