I wanted to share something that really surprised me.
This client works full-time, has two kids, and like a lot of us, life is busy.
I gave him a nutrition plan. He didn’t really stick to it.
I gave him a workout program. He didn’t really stick to that either.
The one thing he did stay consistent with was his self-massage routine.
Six weeks later, he had lost almost 22 pounds.
It wasn’t because self-massage burns calories.
It was because he wasn’t in pain anymore.
When your body feels better, you naturally move more. You take the stairs without thinking. You play with your kids a little longer. You get up more often.
Even small movements start adding up.
Sometimes we think we need more willpower when really we just need a body that feels good enough to move again.
That was a good reminder for me, and maybe it’ll be one for you too.
