Why is sleep so important?
I make sure to sleep at least 8 hours **every night**, even on weekends. Call me boring if you want, I don’t care. Sleep is super important. It gives you more energy, makes you happier, helps your body rest properly, and even helps your muscles grow. Your brain also works better after good sleep, so you can think clearer and remember things easier. Skipping sleep might seem like extra time, but it actually makes everything harder. Take care of your sleep, your body and mind will thank you.
