🏆 Weekly Challenge: The 5-Minute Reps
This week’s mission is simple, but powerful.
We’re going to war with inertia using the 5-Minute Timer Method.
🔥 The Challenge:
Pick one task you’ve been avoiding. Every day this week:
  1. Set a timer for 5 minutes
  2. Start the task, no matter how small the step
  3. When the timer ends, you can stop, but most of the time, you won’t
💡 Why It Works:
  • Resistance hates motion.
  • Your identity shifts every time you prove you're a man who begins.
  • One rep a day builds self-trust faster than waiting for motivation.
🛡️ Rules of the Rep:
  • No overthinking. Just start.
  • Track it. Write it down. Build your chain.
  • Show up intentionally for 5 minutes, even if it’s uncomfortable.
Let’s stack wins. Brick by brick. Minute by minute.
Discipline isn’t a mood. It’s a method. Get after it.
