The Story You're Telling Yourself
Every man has an internal voice.
It speaks when you miss a workout. When you make a mistake at work. When you fail. When life doesn't go according to plan.
The question isn't whether you have that voice.
The question is: Is it helping you or holding you back?
The Stoics believed we aren't disturbed by events themselves, but by the judgments we make about them.
A setback doesn't make you a failure.
One bad day doesn't erase months of discipline.
One mistake doesn't define who you are.
Pay attention to the story you're telling yourself, because that story shapes the man you're becoming.
Choose one that drives you forward, not one that keeps you standing still.
What's one negative thought or belief you've had to challenge recently, and how are you replacing it? Share it in the comments. You might help another brother who's fighting the same battle.
