I’ve been doing cold showers for years. Truth? It never really gets “easy” it always sucks 😅. But my ability to choose discomfort has grown stronger with this daily ritual. On top of that, my sleep is better, I fall asleep faster, I feel more relaxed, and even my skin is firmer and clearer.
