Here’s a challenge for everyone: 50 push-ups. Take as long as you need to finish them, and if you can knock out all 50 in one go—bonus points!
The goal isn’t perfection—it’s about pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone. When I first started working out, I couldn’t even bench press the 45-pound bar. It was humbling, but I stuck with it, and little by little, I got stronger.
