Yesterday, I tested a simple productivity hack, and it worked better than I expected.
I set a timer for five minutes and committed to just starting the task I’d been putting off.
That’s it. No expectations. Just five minutes.
What happened?
Once I started, the resistance vanished. The alarm went off, and I was already in the zone — so I kept going.
I didn’t need more time. I needed clarity and action.
So this weekend, I challenge every man here to try it.
👉 Pick a task you’ve been avoiding.
👉 Set a 5-minute timer.
👉 Get moving.
Once you're in motion, momentum takes over. You’ll get more done than you think, and you’ll build trust in yourself.
I’ll be using this again and again. Simple. Effective. Stoic.
Comment below with the word “Start” once you’ve done your five minutes.
We hold the line together. Let’s build momentum — one task at a time.
