You’re not lacking time.
You are lacking structure.
You aren’t tired because you’re doing too much.
You’re tired because your life has no CLEAR rhythm.
Scrolling feels like rest.
Overworking feels like progress.
Both lead to the same place — Burnout.
The truth?
Freedom does not come from doing whatever you want.
It comes from a structure you can trust.
Just like the gym. You have warm up sets. You have working sets.
You track and write down your gym routine and sets. But won’t for your day to day life?
At minimum you have 6 full hours to do whatever you choose. This is outside your job. This is outside family. This is outside the non negotiable.
Stop making excuses. Stop being a bitch. Stop making it okay to do it tomorrow! Just fucking stop. And realize tomorrow. Is now six months later.
I can tell the moment people speak who has it. And who doesn’t.
