Today makes 5 days 🙌🏾 I was so nervous to start, but now I’m in my groove. I created a manageable routine.
Creating a routine is the key to accomplishing any goal. It’s like our body and mind just fall in line when it knows what to expect. It’s actually quite interesting. The same thing happens with our children. They thrive off predictability. No matter the age, a routine makes it easier for them to follow through with expectations.
