You don't have to be calm, regulated, or doing it "right" to belong here. This is a practice space, not a performance space. 3️⃣ 🧘 Show up for yourself. Do the practice, not the scrolling. You get out what you put in. 4️⃣ 🛑 You can always step back. Knowing your edge is the practice, not pushing past it. Skip a challenge, pause, come out. That's discernment, not failure. 5️⃣ 🤝 Honor self and other. Witness before you fix, ask before you advise. When someone shares something hard, the urge to fix is often our own discomfort. Let them be heard first. 6️⃣ 💬 Speak from your own experience. "Here's what happened in me" goes further than "here's what you should do." 7️⃣ 🔒 What's shared here, stays here. People go deep only when it's safe. Keep it confidential. 8️⃣ ⚖️ Disagree without dysregulating. You can hold a different view and stay in the conversation — that's exactly what we're here to practice. 9️⃣ 🚫 No self-promotion or spam.
