Hi, I'm Lara.
There was a moment where I had two choices: keep shrinking to make everyone else comfortable — or choose myself and risk losing everything I knew.
It felt like dying.
My parents questioned my move to Mexico. My ex and I tore each other apart uncovering every toxic pattern I'd been running. Everyone asked why I didn't try a "normal" life first.
And I realized — that normal life would have been the end of me.
I'm a holistic embodiment coach working with women who've been through painful relationships — romantic, family, friendships — and are ready to stop carrying those patterns and build a deep, honest relationship with themselves and others.
