To make our homeschool lessons, prompts, and bonus unlocks even better, I want to know where everyone is at on their sourdough journey.

Brand new: Just starting my starter or first loaf (Beginner)
Beginner: Made a few loaves, still learning basics (starter care, simple recipes)
Intermediate: Consistent loaves, experimenting with hydration, timing, or add-ins
Advanced: Open crumb mastery, high-hydration, artisan techniques, or teaching others
Expert/Loafer Legend: Baking for years, rarely fail, tweaking like a pro
