There’s a phase almost nobody talks about on the spiritual path. The phase where you know there’s more… you’ve felt it… you’ve had moments of deep connection, signs, synchronicities, dreams that felt beyond real, sudden inner knowing, chills all over your body… …and then suddenly it feels quiet. Like your intuition disappeared. Like your connection to your guides, angels, Source, or even yourself got weaker. Like you can’t hear clearly anymore no matter how much you meditate, journal, pull cards, or ask for signs. A lot of people think this means they’re doing something wrong. It doesn’t. Sometimes the disconnect happens because your soul is asking you to stop searching outside yourself for confirmation. Sometimes it happens because you’re being guided into deeper self-trust instead of dependency on signs. Sometimes life gets loud. Stress. Burnout. Overthinking. People pleasing. Fear of getting it wrong. Constantly consuming everyone else’s teachings instead of listening inward. And honestly… sometimes your gifts are expanding so rapidly that things can temporarily feel unclear while everything recalibrates. Not every quiet season is a blockage. Some seasons are integration. Some are preparation. Some are invitations to reconnect with yourself in a completely new way. I also think many people were taught intuition should feel dramatic, constant, and crystal clear all the time. But often your soul speaks subtly at first. A feeling. A pull. A knowing you can’t explain logically. A sentence that lands differently in your body. A repeated message that keeps finding you. Connection isn’t always lost just because it feels different than before. If you’ve been feeling spiritually disconnected lately, you’re probably not as disconnected as you think. You may just be entering a deeper level of trust, discernment, and embodiment. And that changes everything. Lily Lee
