Hi Everyone! @Jacob Tapp really inspired me earlier this year to lock in on my health and fitness reminding me our bodies are our sacred temples in this density! Please use this chat to post and talk about fitness and health Goals! Any nutritional tips and tricks for medicinal remedies, or good clean meal ideas please post here! Personally I love protein heavy diets! With Fruit, and Protein shakes for breakfast! Always keeping breakfast and lunch light! I noticed a big shift in my thoughts, emotions and frequency when i stopped eating processed food, and just relied more heavily on cooking, and keeping my produce as fresh and clean as possible! Please share your goals and ideas here as well! It's my dream to have everyone in this Tribe looking GOOD!! We must care for these bodies with great care and be conscious about what we put into it!
