Day 1: Do one small helpful thing to improve someone else's day
Examples:
  • Hold the door for them.
  • Say hi to someone walking past.
  • Help a colleague/ school mate with a small task
  • Let someone go ahead of you in line.
  • Message a friend wishing them a good day.
