The first meal of the day ... is it setting you up for success?
How do you start your day? Do you have any idea if your breakfast is putting your body into 1. fat BURNING mode? OR 2. fat STORING mode? To make sure my body stays in fat-BURNING mode I make sure it gets plenty of protein and fibre. I love my go-to 4-egg breakfast omelette cram-packed with vegetables: mushrooms, tomatoes, red onions, red peppers, baby spinach, (sometimes) mature cheddar, hot chilli powder, loads of black pepper etc. Sets me up for the day and It's hours before I feel any hunger at all ... no sugar cravings or need for snacks 💪
