This space was created for women 40+ (and those approaching it) who are tired of trends, fear-based “anti-aging,” and one-size-fits-all advice. Here, we focus on understanding the why behind skin changes, hormones, barrier health, lifestyle, melanin-rich skin considerations, and how to care for skin thoughtfully in this season.
This is not about perfection.
