I set up this group because I saw myself getting bogged down with self-doubt — and I needed a framework, and a few people walking alongside me.
After 28 years working with corporations, governments and small businesses across the globe, I was struck down with a stroke. In that hospital bed, I stopped worrying about the job and started thinking about what I'd done. One thread ran through all of it: I'd always been helping people reach the next chapter of their life.
Coming out of recovery, I trained as a coach. And as I started talking to other coaches, I realised I wasn't alone in the self-doubt. Some were stuck at a client or two. Some couldn't get past a certain number. Others were still doing pro-bono work, wondering when it became a real business.
So we made a decision. An additional $30,000 in business income. A six-month frame. A small cohort, so none of us has to do it alone.
