Dear Friends, Welcome to The Silent Cut Podcast Community. I am so thankful you are here. This space was created for Parents and grandparents walking through the painful silence of estrangement — a place where you are seen, heard and never alone. Since today is Thankful Thursday, I want to begin our journey together by reflecting on gratitude. Gratitude doesn’t erase the pain we carry, but it gives us moments of light in the middle of it. Even in the silence, there are blessings that remind us we are still loved, still whole and still held by God. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 reminds us: “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for in Christ Jesus.” Today, I invite you to share one small blessing you are thankful for. It might be as simple as the warmth of your coffee, the sound of birds in the morning, or a memory that still brings a smile to your face. These little reminders of grace can carry us through the heaviness. I will go first: I am thankful for my beautiful spot in the morning to watch the sunrise everyday with my moment of peace and uplifting of spirit for the day. Your turn — what are you thankful for today? Drop it below in the comments. With love and gratitude, Raina Ellis
