Had a great discussion during the founder's hot seat yesterday. Constant reminders only go so far, but asking the hard questions, getting real feedback and executing on the changes you need to make is what truly keeps the ball moving forward. I appreciate you David for perspective, guidance, and the real talk. I need to make changes, reset my targets and execute. I need to fight my mind and constantly ask myself why am I doing this and does this align with my targets and get back on the right path. thank you

There are certain people God puts in your life at the exact moment you need them most, and for me, one of those people was David Rambhajan. When I was going through some of the darkest moments of my life, David was one of the few people who never stopped believing in me. He didn’t just give advice — he gave guidance, accountability, strength, and real leadership. He helped me rebuild my mindset, my confidence, and my purpose when I felt completely lost. Today, I stand as a superintendent managing VA medical projects, leading men, handling responsibility, and building a career I’m proud of — and I can honestly say David played a major role in helping shape the man I’ve become. Real leaders don’t just talk. They change lives through action, consistency, and belief in others. David has done that for me and for so many others in this community. I’ll always have respect and gratitude for everything he’s done. Thank you for pushing me to become stronger, wiser, and more disciplined. The impact you’ve made on my life will never be forgotten.
