Would you start using Pricelabs straight away or wait util you have a few properties? how many properties would you have before getting pricelabs?

Hope yous are good guys, we have went past the VAT threshold months back. Just wondering, how have you guys dealt with it? Did you guys go down the around of creating a new company to remain under the VAT threshold? Did you guys just register? If so let me know guys and how yous dealt with it. Thanks 🙏

Is anyone using smart locks on the properties or keynest?

What’s up guys, now we’re in quiet season (for me anyways) are yous still keeping an empty calendar for possible long-bookings, or are yous accepting the small weekend later down the line that could block your calendars from being seen? Got a 7-17Dec booking, don’t want to accept it just in case I get a longer booking but then again, it is quiet at the moment. What are your thoughts?
