Welcome to RunFitt – A Community for People 40+ Who Want to Reclaim Their Health Welcome! I'm Coach Andy Jimenez, founder of RunFitt. This community was created for men and women over 40 who want to get fit, regain their energy, and improve their health through walking, jogging, and running. Many people believe that once you pass 40, your best physical years are behind you. I believe the opposite. With the right structure, accountability, and support, your 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond can become some of the strongest and healthiest years of your life. RunFitt is not about competition.It’s about consistency, progress, and community. Here you will find: • Guidance on walking, jogging, and running safely • Strength and mobility strategies to stay injury-free • Accountability and encouragement • A supportive community that wants to see you succeed Most importantly, this is not my group — this is our group.
