Hey everyone, and welcome to The Rising Minds 🌅 This space was created for women who are navigating mental health struggles, whether that’s anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, or just having days that feel heavier than they should. Here, you don’t have to pretend. You don’t have to filter your feelings. You don’t have to go through it alone. This is a safe space to share, listen, support, and grow—at your own pace. Some days you might want to open up, and other days you might just want to read and feel understood.
