Autism Training is rolling out to the entire district!

I spoke to my psychologist friend at church yesterday. He informed me that the training that they were going to offer at my son’s school at my request, will be rolled out to the entire district for ALL teachers…not just SpEd teachers. 🙌🏽 This is HUGE, because too many kids are being punished for stimming when they need understanding and space to regulate. The CDC data (2022) shows that 1 in 31 kids have autism. Advocacy and awareness matter!!!
