So everybody next Wednesday 1pm est.!!!
To celebrate and Christen this new endeavor I will be holding online meeting for a few minutes with myself and Trey and a couple of other interested parties on this Wednesday the 3rd @ 1pm EST. Please even if you just joined for the heck of it , come thru and say hi and give me some constructive criticisms. If you joined because you're interested in computers how to fix them and I build them then this is the place for you and we will talk on Wednesday!!!!
My apprentice ( no not like Vader... )
I also would like to happily introduce my friend, assistant, and apprentice. Trey Hendrix, he's an old friend and we're going to try to make this a cool experience for everyone. He will be around here for anything important that this community will offer. So I'd like to personally thank and welcome him to the community as my first mate, second in command.

First lesson is coming within the next few days?!?
Hello all!, I'm very pleased to be announcing the first lesson, which will be free to all users, will be complete and drop early this coming week. There will be a complete vocabulary list that all beginners need to understand if they are going to be able to build a custom PC, along with core concepts that will prove invaluable while actively starting your build. There will be two .PDF format documents and one 4k lecture if you will by yours truely. So definitely get the popcorn and coke out because it's going to be an event... 🤣. I'm going to try to make this information as palletteable for everyone as I can. I wish the first lesson could be more exciting, however something tells me this is the proper way to show you guys what we will need to know. That's what's important to me is that you come away from this community with the knowledge and tools necessary to build and repair computers ( PERIOD ALL AROUND)! So hang in there lesson two won't be quite as stiff where it comes to the content. (Also, if your not s beginner please stay tuned and keep up with the Rig and Repair Institute, because I plan on updating and moving thru this curriculum quickly, as far as the lessons / video content and supporting documents goes.) THANKS FOLKS let's make this community into a worthy investment for all of us, learn and have some fun too.
Introductions
Hello everybody My name is David Johnson I'm 46-year-old and I have in-depth technical experience along with numerous certifications and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance and Business from Florida Atlantic University with honors. Circra 2007, I went right to work in the computer industry for myself up thru currently . Now the game is changed but the players absolutely the same.... blind and I'll be honest it's just new terminology for the same type of thing we have containerized and distributed SAAS using Docker and kubernetes in order to harness the computing power of cloud architecture.... kept current with the technology I'm up to date with AI I can program my own large language models from scratch My own modules my own APIs. .. however AI is now correctly programs faster than any human being could possibly code something sadly... there's no more artwork to it anymore it's all code.... more Easter eggs in that favorite game of yours....because those aren't things that AI can accomplish ii I spent 35 years of my life building maintaining fixing designing programming every aspect of the computer industry you can possibly think of I've been a part of down to creating a chip from a prototype using silicon.. However I've created a curriculum that is going to do what you need it to do we're looking for a fast in and fast out FIFO.... Which is basically going to be the ability to build a modern day gaming PC from parts list.... And then repair that same or similar gaming PC because as unique as some of them can look once you build one you go them all the very very cut and dry Once you get one right you'll be able to do it forever if you're inclined to this type of thing. If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations I'm open to whatever suggestions criticisms anything you got to tell me feel free.I'm a first time teacher in this capacity, I have the skills required and I'm a good teacher already so I think it'll be a good fit I mean win for everybody
