How are you all today after yesterdays advanced session? Did you leap out of bed today ready to step into the new you or did you curl back up under the bed sheets whilst the energy is still releasing through your body.
One thing i would ask you to do.. to step forward after each session, make one commitment to greatness. What one thing, one action, no matter how small or big, will you do this week to embed what you worked on last night.
