Welcome, I’m so grateful to have you here. In a world that often moves too fast, this space invites you to slow down, listen to your body, reconnect and restore in safety, and at your own pace. I am an IPHM accredited sound healing practitioner with a deeply personal interest in nervous system health, somatic awareness, and holistic wellbeing. Alongside sound healing, I value simple, sustainable wellbeing practices that support the body from the inside out, including nourishment, hydration, rest, daily rituals that support wellness and more. Inside the Resonance Room, there are guided practices, live sessions, and gentle community connection. This space may be especially supportive if you: Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or burnt out. Have a sensitive or easily overstimulated nervous system. Struggle to fully relax or rest. Are curious about sound healing and somatic practices. Want a slower, more compassionate approach to wellbeing and value community without comparison or pressure֍
