Think about a recent moment of tension: It could be something small or unresolved.
What happened inside you before anything happened between you and the other person?
3 Things to Help You Navigate Conflict This Week:
  1. Pause before responding, especially if your body feels activated.
  2. Name what you’re feeling to yourself before naming it out loud.
  3. Ask one clarifying question instead of making an assumption.
And when in doubt, take a breath and PAUSE.
