Meet the Resistance Reset Personas
Inside this community, I’ll sometimes share short reflections from a set of personas I’ve developed.
These are not case studies.
They are composite storylines, built from patterns I’ve seen again and again through years of work in emotional healing, health change, business change, leadership, confidence, identity and personal transformation.
Why use personas?
Because it is often easier to recognise resistance in someone else before we can fully see it in ourselves.
A persona can show us:
  • The founder who knows what to do, but keeps avoiding the next visible step
  • The professional who looks capable on the outside, but feels quietly overwhelmed
  • The practitioner who is gifted with clients, but struggles to build a sustainable business
  • The person facing a health wake-up call who realises the issue is not just food, discipline or knowledge
  • The leader who has spent years carrying responsibility, but has lost connection with their own needs
  • The person who senses there is a bigger life calling, but keeps postponing it
As these stories unfold, I invite you to notice where you recognise yourself.
Not with judgement.
With curiosity.
You may not relate to every persona. That’s fine.
But when one of them makes you pause, that pause may be worth listening to.
That may be where your own resistance is asking to be understood.
