I think it's important for people to experience wellness in a way that isn't what people think it's suppose to be. I think typically, there's a lot of shoulds...I should go to the gym 5 times a week, I should do xyz because it's blasted on social media... I think you should listen to your body and mind and support it in a way that's best for you!
To me, wellness is about mind body connection. Learning to connect the two can be the biggest challenge yet and your best wellness secret weapon.
