Hello and welcome! I want to thank each and everyone for being a part of this community. Here, we are going to discuss all the things related to reselling. Come ready to grow and expand, but also ready and willing to assist the next one in line. To get us started- and to break the ice, introduce yourself and your business, and tell us how you got started in your reselling business. 🛍️ I’ll go first. I’m Carla Dennis- a native Georgian, wife, mother of four, and educator. I got into the reselling business during COVID. I would watch ladies re-sell clothes and accessories on FB. Then, one day I thought: I can do that. So, I started selling on FB. After doing that for about a year, Thrift Chic (pronounced sheek) was born. I sell on FB Lives and I have a Poshmark closet. My website is currently under construction, and I am also looking to purchase/rent a space to house Thrift Chic so that I can host pop-ups, clothes swaps, do my Lives, and give back to the community. I started this community because there is so much gatekeeping in this industry, and I want to change that. I want to have open and honest dialogue about this industry, and the potential for growth and expansion. Thank you for being here once again. Now, let’s go and grow together!
