Slowing down today — and it's intentional. 🌕 Honestly? I'm leaning all the way into it. There are things I'm processing — inner awareness bumping up against external activities — and instead of pushing through, I'm actually paying attention. (Revolutionary concept, I know. 😄) And as it turns out, the cosmos agrees. Today Mercury stations retrograde in Cancer and we have a Full Moon in Capricorn — which is basically the universe sending a very clear memo: Stop. Review. Reconsider. Adjust. The Full Moon is pulling back the curtain on what's no longer working — structures, systems, commitments that have quietly outlived their purpose. And Mercury retrograde is asking us to slow down before we proceed, because the insights that come from revisiting are often more valuable than the ones we chase forward.
