What do you want to know?
Hey guys I know there is just a few of you in the group, thanks for being here! Give me some information on what you would like to learn about. Yesterday I talked with a cleaner, who was asking questions about what types of vacuums to use, what types of products clean best. Would you also like to know? Thanks. Tina
If you’re starting a referral-based cleaning company by yourself…
There’s nothing wrong with running it solo in the beginning. You should. You’ll learn the flow. You’ll see where things break. You’ll understand your cleaners and your customers. But here’s the mistake I see new owners make: They accidentally build a business that only works if they’re glued to their phone. Answering every message. Solving every issue. Manually confirming every booking. That’s fine in the first few months It’s a problem in month six. If you’re starting solo, here are a few tips and tricks that I’ve seen be helpful over the years. - Document everything as you go.  If you answer the same question twice, turn it into a template. - Keep the model simple.  You’re connecting homeowners with independent cleaners and taking a percentage. Don’t overcomplicate it. - Use systems early That question alone will change how you build. Starting solo isn’t the problem. Staying the only moving piece forever is. Build it scrappy. Build it simple. But build it like you plan to step back. That’s how this model actually becomes remote.

This is about what actually works. Inside this group, we’ll break down: - Client acquisition - Hiring systems - Pricing strategy - Automation & AI - SOPs - Scaling without burning out If you’re serious about building a business that gives you freedom — you’re in the right place. 🔥 Start Here: Drop a comment and tell me: 1. Are you starting from scratch or already running a cleaning company? 2. What’s your biggest bottleneck right now? 3. What would “freedom” look like for you? Let’s build this the smart way. — Tina
