This Saturday I'm teaching another online Yin Yoga & Reiki class!
Inspired by the beautiful question from , I will dedicate the class to softness and self-care. Together, we’ll release tension from the body while reconnecting mind, body, and spirit. For those new to the practice of Yin Yoga.. First of all, you don't need any prior experience. It's a very slow practice, where we stay in the poses for 3-5 minutes.
It's nice to have a mat/soft underground and have some pillows & blankets around for support.
