Initial Setup:
1. Have the recipient lie on their back with their head facing towards you
2. Ensure you're in a comfortable position with:
- Relaxed shoulders
- Straight but relaxed lower back
- Deep, gentle breathing from your belly
- Breathing to the side (not directly on the recipient)
Front Body Treatment Sequence.
Head Area:
1. Start with hands gently placed on the shoulders to promote initial relaxation
2. Move to the forehead
- Place palms gently
- Leave space around eyes and nose
3. Position hands on sides of the head with gentle contact
4. Carefully roll head to place hands underneath
- Move head gently left and right
- Ensure recipient stays relaxed
Torso:
1. Place hands on top of chest
- Leave space around throat and windpipe
2. Move down the body in hand-width increments:
- Upper chest
- Mid chest
- Upper belly
- Intestinal area/lower belly
- Tops of thighs (keep hands 2-3 cm above for comfort)
Lower Body:
1. Move to knees
2. Continue to ankles
## Special Energy Linking Positions
* Connect shoulder to wrist
* Connect shoulder to elbow
* Link wrist to heart chakra
Note: These positions are optional for extended treatments
Back Body Treatment Sequence.
Upper Back:
1. Begin at top of shoulders
2. Work downward systematically:
- Lung area
- Heart chakra height
- Kidney area
Spine Connection (Optional)
* Connect top of spine to base of spine
Lower Back and Legs:
1. Work down backs of thighs
2. Treat backs of knees (noted as pleasant energy point)
3. Move to calves
4. Return to ankles
5. Finish with feet:
- Stand at the side of the table (not at foot)
- Place hands on soles of feet
Closing the Treatment:
1. Smooth down the aura while recipient remains on their belly
2. Perform fluid motions from crown to feet and ground
3. Complete three full sweeps:
- Breathe in
- Exhale while moving hands down
- Extend movement to the ground
Important Notes:
* Maintain constant contact when moving between positions
* For intimate areas, keep hands 3-4 cm above the body
* Hand positions are guidelines to ensure even energy distribution
* Breathe deeply from your belly throughout
* Stay relaxed and maintain good posture
* You can repeat positions if desired
* Not all positions are mandatory for every treatment
