Reflecting
Hi all!
I just finished creating a unit on nervous system states and music. As I was working on the song choices, I remembered something I used to do in my classroom that brought us a lot of joy.
One year, my homeroom class (8th grade) decided we would play a song to get us going every morning. We agreed it would be our theme song.
The song we choose was, Ain't No Mountain High Enough.
I have such fond memories of that time. We would dance and it really helped to start our day in a good way.
What is something you've done in your classroom and when you look back, you realize just how special it was?
