A lot of women in survival mode only let themselves rest once they’ve hit breaking point.
Once the house is done.
Once everyone else is okay.
Once the work is finished.
Once they’re completely exhausted.
But your nervous system was never meant to live in constant pressure.
Today, I want you to pause for a second and ask yourself:
What would change in my life if I stopped believing I had to “do it all” to deserve peace?
This is your reminder that slowing down is not laziness.
Rest is productive.
Boundaries are healthy.
And softening doesn’t make you weak.
