A bit about me: Iโve been in the fitness world for almost 10 years, but my approach has changed a lot over time. I used to live in constant โgo modeโ โ heavier, faster, more, always. Eventually, that caught up with me. Between Hashimotoโs, PCOS, and years of running on fight-or-flight energy, my body finally told me it needed a different kind of strength. This current season has been about learning to do differently, NOT less. Iโve shifted toward yoga, mobility, and more grounding movement โ not because Iโve stopped working hard, but because Iโm finally honoring the season Iโm in. Thatโs also the heart behind The Realm of You: this is a space where fitness meets storytelling, and where you get to choose your own path each day.๐ช Maybe youโre a Warrior this week โ ready to lift, sweat, and push.๐ชท Maybe youโre a Healer โ focusing on stretching, mindset, or small nourishing habits.
